Tricia Oliveira
joined Trench Rossi Watanabe in 2004 and became a partner in 2015. She integrates the labour practice group, with a focus on employment litigation (judicial and administrative), and is co-leader of the firm’s gender equality group. She has wide experience in collective lawsuits and public civil actions, and litigation related to health and safety and occupational diseases. Tricia advises on individual and collective health and safety matters, and employment contracts and termination; as well as collective negotiations; compensation of employees, executives and expatriates; transfer of employees; due diligence; and equalisation of benefits. Tricia also frequently speaks on employment issues, DEI and ESG matters.
