About Tricia Oliveira

Tricia Oliveira joined Trench Rossi Watanabe in 2004 and became partner in 2015. She integrates the labour practice group, with a focus on employment litigation (judicial and administrative), and is co-leader of the firm’s gender equality group. She has a breadth of experience in collective lawsuits and public civil actions, litigation related to health and safety and occupational diseases. Tricia advises on individual and collective issues, including health and safety matters, individual and collective employment contract and termination, collective negotiations, compensation of employees, executives and expatriates, transfer of employees, regular due diligence and due diligence related to M&A and ESG; post-acquisition equalisation of benefits. Tricia is also a frequent speaker on employment issues, D&E and ESG matters.
