Kabeer Mathur is a partner in Trilegal’s corporate practice group, based in Mumbai, with over 14 years of experience. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate law advisory, across sectors including financial services, technology, FMCG, e-commerce, real estate and renewables. He has represented leading corporates and financial investors including SUN Mobility, MUFG Bank, Sumitomo Corporation, Mitsui, Nuvama, Edelweiss and Auxilo Finserve across multiple transactions. Kabeer regularly advises on various corporate and regulatory law matters including India entry strategies, operational regulatory frameworks and exit options. He holds dual degrees in Business and Law from National Law University, Jodhpur, and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
