About Anurag Shrivastav

Anurag Shrivastav is a partner in the corporate practice at JSA Advocates and Solicitors, based in Mumbai. He has over 12 years of post-qualification experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate advisory, advising domestic and international clients on high-value cross-border transactions across financial services, technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining JSA, he was a counsel at Trilegal and has worked at Talwar Thakore and Associates and Bharucha and Partners. He is an alumnus of Rizvi Law College, Mumbai, and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
