About Anish Mashruwala

Anish Mashruwala is a partner and co-chair of the finance practice at JSA. He has been practising law since 1999 and focuses on banking and finance. He has been involved in the foremost private equity-led acquisition finance transactions in India, with both domestic and overseas funding. He is qualified to practice in India, New York and England, and is actively involved with the Banking and Financial Law section of the International Bar Association.
