About Megha Upadhyaya

Megha Upadhyaya is a partner in the finance practice at JSA. She advises Indian and multinational banks, non-banking financial institutions, credit funds, foreign portfolio investors and Indian borrowers. Her practice focuses on all types of debt transactions, including acquisition finance, cross-border finance, real estate finance, listed and unlisted privately placed bond issuances, and debt restructuring. She also advises on security enforcement and foreign investment laws of India. She is a dual-qualified attorney, and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa as well as the New York State Bar. She has practised law since 2014.
