Agnes Herwig is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Frankfurt office, advising on employment law with a focus on ESG-related workforce strategies. She counsels companies on social and governance aspects of sustainability, including pay transparency, equal pay, diversity, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Agnes also supports organisations through corporate reorganisations, global transactions, and global mobility matters. Drawing on in-house experience and an MBA in HR and talent management, she helps clients integrate responsible employment frameworks into business operations.
