About Christina Doria

Christina Doria is the co-chair of the North American international arbitration group and a steering committee member for the global international arbitration committee at Baker McKenzie. She is seasoned in enforcing and resisting enforcement of foreign arbitration awards, and in obtaining or setting aside freezing orders in support of asset recovery cases. Christina has trial experience in fraud and financial crime matters, and specialises in complex commercial litigation and commercial arbitration. She has advocated at all levels of court, including oral submissions at the Supreme Court of Canada.
