About Andrew Shaw

Andrew Shaw is a partner in Baker & McKenzie’s employment and compensation law practice group. Andrew assists clients with all aspects of the employment relationship, both unionised and non-unionised, in all provinces and territories in Canada. He advises employers in matters regarding employment standards, wrongful dismissals, human rights, labour relations/arbitration, union organising, collective bargaining, occupational health, and safety, pay equity, and workplace investigations. Andrew is an experienced negotiator and advocate, always working with the goal of efficiently and effectively resolving workplace disputes. He has appeared as legal counsel before labour boards, human rights tribunals, arbitrators, and superior and appellate courts.
