About Jing Xu

Jing Xu is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Commercial practice group. Jing advises multinational companies on marketing, advertising and consumer protection matters across multiple regulated and consumer-facing industries. Her advice integrates competition, privacy, financial services, consumer protection and sector-specific regulatory requirements to help clients launch products and services in Canada while managing legal and reputational risk. Jing also regularly advises life sciences and healthcare clients on the advertising and promotion of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, natural health products and consumer health products. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
