Matthew Latella co-chairs Baker McKenzie’s North American commercial litigation sub-group and chairs the firm’s Canadian international arbitration practice. A trial lawyer for over 25 years, Matt has a track-record of success in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes, and has deep experience with matters involving fraud, asset-freezing orders, enforcement and white-collar crime.
