About Rono Khan

Rono Khan is a member of Baker & McKenzie’s employment and compensation law practice group in Toronto. Rono advises employers on a full range of labour, employment, and human rights matters, providing practical legal and business advice to both domestic and international private and public sector clients. Rono’s practice includes civil litigation and all areas of labour and employment law in Canada’s common law jurisdictions. Rono recently intervened at the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of the Canadian Constitution Foundation (2024 SCC 26), in a case involving the immunity of the Crown for damages.
