Daniel has led, participated in and obtained clearances for a number of high-profile mergers from Mexico's antitrust authority. Daniel is knowledgeable about, and has advised clients on, Mexico's anti-bribery laws, the USA's FCPA, the UK's UKBA and Japan's Unfair Competition Prevention Law.
