Praween Chantanakomes is one of the lead members of the investigations, compliance and ethics team at Baker McKenzie in Bangkok. He has extensive experience in providing compliance-related advice, specifically in relation to anti-bribery matters. His other areas of focus include leading investigations and internal audits for compliance purposes. Praween has considerable experience in helping to set up appropriate internal control mechanisms, including providing legal training in relation to compliance matters and preparing appropriate policies, procedures and other internal control mechanisms.
