About Praween Chantanakomes

Praween Chantanakomes is head of Regulatory Affairs Services and a senior associate in the investigations, compliance and ethics practice group and the healthcare and life sciences group at Baker McKenzie, Bangkok. He advises on consumer protection law; food, drug and cosmetics law; and natural resources regulations. Praween regularly advises clients on corporate compliance, anti-bribery and FCPA issues, and participates in investigations in Thailand, with a special focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. He also has considerable experience in providing legal training in relation to compliance matters and assisting with reviews of clients’ compliance policies, procedures and other internal control mechanisms.
