About Wasin Lertwalaipong

Wasin Lertwalaipong is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s dispute resolution practice group whose work spans commercial litigation, tax and customs matters, competition issues and arbitration. He advises multinational and Thai companies on disputes involving regulatory action, allegations of unfair trade practices, customs and tax assessments, environmental and construction-related challenges, and claims arising from joint ventures and infrastructure projects. His practice also covers crisis-related matters, including industrial incidents, oil-spill implications, cross-border investigations and cases requiring co-ordination with multiple authorities. He has acted for clients across sectors such as automotive, telecommunications, construction, petrochemicals, real estate and manufacturing.
