About Charles Gschwind

Charles Gschwind heads Baker McKenzie’s real estate practice in Geneva and has broad experience in M&A, with a particular focus on real estate transactions and hospitality matters. Charles regularly advises domestic and international clients on hotel transactions and projects (including hotel management agreements), asset deals, large-scale portfolio transactions, development projects, acquisitions of real estate companies, and the financing of real estate portfolios. His expertise also covers related administrative law matters (eg, Lex Koller and environmental law), general corporate, commercial and contract law, and tenancy matters. Charles is a member of the Committee of SVIT Romandie, regularly publishes in his areas of expertise, and has taught the MBA programme at ZHAW.
