About Alexander Wyss

Alexander Wyss is the chairman of the board and the managing partner at Baker McKenzie Switzerland and co-heads the firm’s real estate transaction practice group. He is also a member of the firm’s European regional council and policy committee, as well as a former member of its European real estate steering committee. Alexander is a transactional lawyer with a primary focus on advising international and domestic clients in cross-border and national real estate and corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital, M&A, and fund structuring. He teaches at the University of Zurich on the Center for Urban and Real Estate Management master’s course.
