About Samuel Marbacher

Samuel Marbacher is co-head of Baker McKenzie’s Swiss real estate practice and a member of the Swiss banking and finance practice. He focuses on real estate transactions (including environmental and the Lex Koller), real estate financing, and structured debt financing (including export financing). Samuel teaches at the University of Zurich on the Center for Urban and Real Estate Management master’s course.
