About Christian López Silva

Christian López Silva is head of Baker McKenzie’s healthcare and life sciences group in Mexico. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the regulation of life sciences, pharmaceutical law and biotechnology matters, and is a member of the Latin American and North American healthcare steering committees. Christian advises on regulatory, transactional and IP matters in the registration, manufacturing, import, distribution, advertising, labelling, commercialisation and post-market vigilance of medicines, medical devices, food and beverages, cosmetics, seeds, veterinary products, chemicals, alcohol and tobacco. He is a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Committee of the IBA and the co-ordinator of the Health Regulation Committee of the Mexican Association of In-House Lawyers (ANADE).
