About Fabián Monsalve-Agraz

Fabián Monsalve-Agraz is the managing partner in Baker McKenzie’s Guadalajara office and principal in the transactional practice group, with a focus on real estate and infrastructure, and hotel resorts and tourism. He is the head of the real estate practice in the North America region and head of the consumer goods and retail industry sector in Mexico. Fabián routinely handles matters relating to real estate, trusts, development, construction, foreign investment, banking and finance, and M&A, serving clients in the manufacturing, commercial, construction and mining industries. Fabián is admitted to practice in Mexico and has co-ordinated with other jurisdictions such as the USA, Latin America, Europe and Asia on certain transactions
