About Federico Ruanova Guinea

Federico Ruanova Guinea is senior counsel at Baker McKenzie. He has been with the firm for 35 years and was principal partner from 2003 to 2017. Practising environmental law since 1990, his areas of expertise include ESG advice; environmental impact permitting; water and waste water regulation; occupational health and safety, air emissions and climate law; circular economy; waste management, soil and groundwater remediation, land use and administrative and/or criminal litigation. Mr Ruanova is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Attorneys (ANADE). He has written many articles and papers on environmental law and sustainability and frequently participates in seminars and conferences hosted by universities and industrial chambers.
