About Dyan House

Dyan House is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Dallas office where she leads the brand management practice. Over the last 20+ years, Dyan’s practice has focused on international and domestic brand protection. She oversees multi-jurisdictional filings and enforcement actions, and she drafts and negotiates licence and co-existence agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Dyan works closely with legal and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and to effectively protect their trade marks. She is actively involved in the International Trademark Association, having served on multiple committees, including the Saul Lefkowitz Project Team and the Non-traditional Trademarks Committee. Dyan also served on the Dallas Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section Council from 2015–2024.
