About Stephanie Van Laethem

Stephanie Van Laethem is an associate in the commercial practice group of the Brussels office of Baker McKenzie. She joined the firm in 2025. As a member of the commercial practice group, Stephanie advises national and international clients on a wide range of commercial law matters in both B2B and B2C contexts, including the drafting and negotiation of distribution and e-commerce agreements. She also represents clients in commercial disputes before the Belgian courts.
