is a tax associate at Baker McKenzie who graduated from the University of Stockholm in 2013. As part of her law degree, she spent a year abroad at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Germany. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she worked as a tax manager at one of the Big Four accounting firms and as a reporting clerk at the Administrative Court. Her focus is Swedish and international corporate income tax, permanent establishments, automatic information exchange and transfer pricing. Alice also assists clients with tax disputes and litigation. Her article on the taxation of Swedish foundations was recently published in the Swedish Bar Association's magazine.
