About Gaetano Iorio Fiorelli

Gaetano Iorio Fiorelli is a mature antitrust/litigation partner at Baker McKenzie who is gaining a reputation in the Milan legal community for work on finance-related disputes. He also has substantial experience in class actions, consumer litigation and arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience in follow-on private antitrust disputes and corporate litigation, including before the Italian Supreme Court and the European Union Court of Justice. From 2004, he has been an adjunct professor of International and European Law at Luigi Bocconi University, Milan.
