About Aurore Cormary

Aurore Cormary is an associate in Baker McKenzie Paris’ tax department, assisting clients on all tax aspects of M&A transactions – from the due diligence process to the structuring and integration of the transaction. She also focuses on the tax aspects of complex group restructurings, IP/IT tax and general tax advisory. Aurore is admitted to the Paris bar and is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and of ESCP Business School.
