About Eva Leygonie

Eva Leygonie is a partner at Baker McKenzie in Paris, where she focuses essentially on real estate transactions and – more specifically – in the areas of real estate investment and financing both for French and foreign investors. Eva provides them with guidance, in particular, for the structuring and implementation of regulated real estate funds, joint ventures, M&A with underlying real estate assets, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and structured financing. She has also developed a practice and expertise in transactions involving certain types of real estate assets, such as hotels and wine estates.
