Jérémie Paubel is a partner at Baker McKenzie in Paris, where he advises and litigates on individual and collective labour relations. Jérémie’s areas of expertise include the social aspects of restructuring (eg, collective redundancies, company transfers), collective bargaining, and relations with staff representatives.
