Olivia Chriqui-Guiot
is a partner in Baker McKenzie Paris’s competition and distribution practice. Olivia has strong expertise in merger control at both European and national levels and regularly assists French and international clients with complex and strategic projects. She handles cases involving cartels, abuse of dominant position, damages claims and state aid − both in advisory and litigation roles before competition authorities and national or European courts. Admitted to the New York Bar and the Paris Bar, Olivia holds degrees from the University of Essex and the London School of Economics, as well as a master’s degree in economic law from Sciences Po Paris.
