About Lionel Ochs

Lionel Ochs is a senior counsel economist in the international tax and TP group of Baker McKenzie in Paris. He has over 25 years’ experience in taxation and the economics of TP. Lionel assists French and foreign multinationals operating in various sectors (such as digital media and content, software and IT, pharmaceuticals, luxury goods and real estate) and jurisdictions. He is involved in the definition, implementation, documentation and defence of TP policies. Lionel has developed particular expertise in financial transactions and valuation and economic modelling techniques for proprietary intangibles using residual profit split, comparable profit split and incremental value approaches. Lionel is a CFA charterholder.
