About Marc Mariani

Marc Mariani joined Baker McKenzie’s real estate practice group in 2004, where he specialises in M&A and financing in the real estate market and has developed a specific practice dedicated to real estate actors (investors or industrial groups owning a real estate portfolio). Marc’s main practice areas are all aspects of real estate legal and financing issues for national and international clients, foreign investment financing, and financial lease agreements, as well as design and structuring of real estate funds (for, in particular, Middle Eastern investors) from a legal standpoint ‒ notably, in the hospitality industry.
