About Maria Batlouni

Maria Batlouni joined the real estate group of Baker McKenzie in Paris in 2013. She advises French and foreign investors in the context of real estate sales and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, investment funds (including regulated real estate funds), commercial leases, asset management and development. Maria has significant experience advising owners and operators alike on hotel transactions – notably, in the context of sale-and-leaseback operations and hotel management agreements.
