Samuel Tourot
has practised in the tax group at Baker McKenzie in Paris since 2016 and was made partner in 2025. He focuses on corporate taxation and international taxation and has a broad transactional practice covering international tax, reorganisation, and M&A transactions. Samuel is also a member of the firm’s hotels, resorts and tourism group and has recently worked on the simplification and transformation of the organisation group’s structure of a French multinational hospitality company in more than 30 jurisdictions.
