About Stéphane Taïeb

Stéphane Taïeb is a partner at Baker McKenzie Paris. He has been a member of the firm’s tax team in Paris since 2002, as well as a member of the global hotel, resort and tourism group, and advises on corporate taxation ‒ particularly in the consumer goods, tourism and hospitality sectors. Stéphane’s experience is focused on domestic and international deals and restructuring, including asset outsourcing and refinancing. He is involved in complex tax aspects of M&A and corporate-related operations and regularly participates as a speaker in tax events, especially in the hotel sector. Stéphane is a member of the Institute of Lawyers and Tax Advisors.
