About Robin Gaulier

Robin Gaulier is a counsel in Baker McKenzie Paris’ tax department. With more than ten years of experience, Robin specialises in the tax aspects of M&A and private equity, assisting clients in the entire journey of their transactions – from the letter of intent to the sale and purchase agreement, through the completion of the due diligence process and the acquisition structure. Following these transactions, he helps clients in the integration of their acquisition into their existing group and the simplification of their structures. Robin is admitted to the Paris Bar and is a graduate of HEC and of DJCE Caen University.
