About Frank Pflueger

Frank Pflueger advises on all matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals, including biotech products, medical devices, food and cosmetic products. His professional experience covers pricing and reimbursement, advertisement and anti-kickback compliance in the healthcare industry, as well as medical ethics rules, and hospital and pharmacy law. He has expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements related to the aforementioned industries, namely clinical study, CRO, manufacturing, consulting, and sales and supply agreements. He represents clients before German courts in healthcare-related disputes. Frank is a member of the legal affairs committee with the German medtech industry association BVMed, of the international trade committee with the industry association Pharma Deutschland, and of the legal working group of the Society for Dermopharmacy. Frank is a visiting lecturer at Mainz University Law School and teaches life sciences and healthcare law.
