About Martin Altschwager

Martin Altschwager is a partner and a member of Baker McKenzie’s pharmaceuticals and healthcare practice group in Frankfurt. Martin advises national and international clients on all aspects of European and German pharmaceuticals and medical device law, covering market access, manufacture, distribution, promotion and advertising of medicinal products, medical devices and digital health services. Martin has significant experience in managing the regulatory aspects of large M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations of pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
