About Megha Kaladharan

Megha Kaladharan is a Partner in Trilegal's energy and infrastructure group. She is experienced in advising on several first-of-its-kind projects and structures in India. Her work spans advising on the regulatory framework for project development and power procurement in India (including market-entry considerations), large-scale M&A transactions in the renewable sector, as well as drafting and negotiating complex project agreements. Megha has advised the World Bank Group on several path-breaking PPP projects in renewable energy, and public infrastructure across India, Bangladesh, Africa, and Fiji. Megha has also consulted for leading think tanks; her research project for the Regulatory Assistance Project and the Centre for Policy Research on projects was published by Oxford University Press in a book titled “Mapping Power: The Political Economy of Electricity in India’s States.”
