About Parul Sharma

Parul Sharma is a counsel in Trilegal’s energy and infrastructure practice group, and is experienced in advising sponsors, investors, lenders, and multilateral development banks in the acquisition, development, and financing of energy and infrastructure transactions. Parul routinely advises on PPP projects in India and the development and acquisition of infrastructure and renewable energy assets in India. Prior to joining Trilegal, Parul has worked with the energy and infrastructure group at Linklaters in London. She is an alumnus of National Law University Delhi, is admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales, and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
