About Mattias Lindberg

Mattias Lindberg joined Bird & Bird as a partner and Head of the Commercial practice in 2019, forming a central part of the firm’s strategy to continue to build out its commercial offering in Sweden and the Nordic region. Mattias was the founding partner of Affärsadvokaterna, which joined Bird & Bird Sweden. He has a particular focus and extensive expertise in providing commercial advice on complex and strategic agreements and has been involved several complex development projects within digital services and digital transformation projects in the Nordics. He has extensive knowledge of EU and national regulations and advises national and multinational companies on a variety of transactions and commercial contracts.
