Jean-Claude advises international banks and financing institutions, investment funds and industrial clients on the financing of complex technology assets, such as satellites, data centres, fibre networks, full flight simulators and military aircraft. Before joining Bird & Bird, he was the vice president of legal affairs at Airbus Group in Paris, responsible for finance and projects, and served as a Commercial Court judge in France.
