About Sharis Pozen

Sharis Pozen is regional managing partner for the Americas at Clifford Chance. She is also the co-head of the global antitrust practice at Clifford Chance. She has extensive experience in private practice and in-house as General Electric’s global lead for antitrust. Sharis has also held senior positions at the US Department of Justice and the US Federal Trade Commission, one of the few antitrust practitioners to have done so. Sharis has a wealth of experience advising on merger clearance matters for numerous significant, transformational deals, steering global antitrust investigations to positive conclusions, and counselling clients on antitrust compliance and other related issues.
