About Timothy Cornell

Timothy Cornell is head of Clifford Chance’s US antitrust practice. Building on two decades of antitrust experience, he leads the US team in advising global clients on complex antitrust matters including government, civil, and criminal antitrust investigations and litigation; merger clearances; the regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions; intellectual property and technology licensing; supply and distribution agreements; joint venture formation; and the adoption of antitrust best practices. Tim has advocated on behalf of dozens of clients before the US Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, and the federal courts. He is also a thought leader in the antitrust community on a variety of issues.
