About Balázs Rokob

Balázs Rokob is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance Group at Lakatos, Köves & Partners. He plays an integral role in the firm’s aviation finance practice and has advised on numerous high-value cross-border aircraft transactions. His experience includes aircraft sale and purchase, pre-delivery payment financing, operating and finance leases, and complex refinancing and repossession mandates. Balázs regularly acts for international lenders, lessors and airlines, structuring and executing aviation finance deals across multiple jurisdictions. He advises on securitisation, capital markets transactions and aviation regulatory matters, including licensing and compliance. Balázs is recognised for his strong legal analysis and excellent negotiation skills and has contributed to most of the firm’s recent complex financing cases.
