About John Fenemore

John Fenemore is a partner in the banking & finance group at LKT. John is an English and Hungarian qualified banking lawyer with wide experience of cross-border transactions throughout the region. He has expertise in a wide range of capital markets and banking transactions including securitisation, bond issuance, ECA-backed financings, trade finance, real estate finance, margin lending, insolvency, restructuring, asset finance, sovereign and quasi-sovereign finance transactions. Before rejoining LKT in 2016, John spent 14 years in the banking group of Clifford Chance in London and Bucharest. John is a member of the Hungarian Bar Association, the Law Societies of England and Ireland, the IBA and INSOL.
