About John Fenemore

John Fenemore is a partner in the banking and finance group at LKT. He is an English and Hungarian qualified banking lawyer with wide experience of cross-border transactions throughout the region. He has expertise in a wide range of capital markets and banking transactions including bond issuance, unitranche debt, syndicated loan transactions, local law restructurings and the implementation of foreign restructurings in Hungary. He is a member of the Hungarian Bar Association as well as the Law Societies of England and Ireland, the IBA and INSOL. Before rejoining LKT in 2016, he spent 14 years in the banking group at Clifford Chance in London and Bucharest.
