About Pál Rahóty

Pál Rahóty is a partner in LKT’s corporate and M&A group and heads the firm’s financial regulatory practice. With over 20 years of international and domestic transactional and advisory experience, he focuses primarily on cross-border M&A transactions and financial sector matters. He advises banks, capital markets institutions, investment funds and insurance companies, drawing on extensive expertise in Hungarian and EU financial regulatory law. Pál regularly supports clients on equity capital markets transactions, complex corporate law matters including restructurings and disputes, as well as joint ventures and a wide range of commercial agreements.
