About Agnieszka Janicka

Agnieszka Janicka is the managing partner of Clifford Chance’s Warsaw office and head of its corporate and M&A practice. She has worked for the firm since it opened its Warsaw office in 1992 and has over 30 years of corporate experience in many industry sectors. She has a special focus on energy and resources, TMT, financial services, consumer goods and healthcare. In particular, she has advised on some of Poland’s largest M&A transactions, privatisations and international equity offerings.
