Krzysztof Hajdamowicz
has been working with Clifford Chance since 2005, currently as counsel, and has extensive experience in M&A transactions and cross-border corporate reorganisations in the CEE region. He also co-ordinates the team advising on intellectual and industrial property, data protection and new technologies laws. Krzysztof focuses particularly on consumer goods and retail, TMT, energy and infrastructure, and the private equity sectors, and is a member of the relevant Clifford Chance global sector focus groups.
