About Arnaud Fromion

Arnaud Fromion is a partner in debt financing within the team at Clifford Chance, Paris. He applies his expertise to leveraged acquisition financing and corporate financing. He represents banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers in various types of bank and bond financings. Arnaud is a member of the Paris Bar and joined Clifford Chance in January 2025, after having served as a partner at various firms. He graduated in Law from the University of Newcastle and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Corporate Law from the University of New Orleans and the University of Orléans.
