About Frédéric Guilloux

Frédéric Guilloux is a partner in debt financing within the global financial markets team at Clifford Chance, Paris. His practice focuses on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, and he represents a wide array of financial institutions, banks, private debt funds and borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings. He also specialises in real estate finance. Frédéric is a member of the Paris Bar and joined Clifford Chance in January 2025, after having served as a partner at various firms. He graduated from the University of Paris Nanterre and holds a Master’s in Business Law, as well as a Master’s in International Law from the University of Paris-Pathéon-Assas.
